SERVICE PRICES ARE STARTING PRICES THAT VARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, SPECIALTY AND DEMAND OF YOUR STYLIST AND MAY INCREASE DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION, LENGTH AND DENSITY OF YOUR HAIR.

GRATUITY AND CREDIT CARD FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

YOUR STYLIST DEDICATES YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME EXCLUSIVELY TO YOU. TO ENSURE WE CAN ACCOMMODATE ALL CLIENTS EFFECTIVELY, WE KINDLY REQUEST AT LEAST 48 HOURS’ NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT, A VALID CREDIT CARD MUST BE PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. IF YOU RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS’ NOTICE, OR YOU MISS YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ("NO-SHOW"), YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.

WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE YOU; HOWEVER, WE MAY BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE FULL SERVICE ORIGINALLY BOOKED.
