how long do they last?
Sew-In Weft: 9-12 months (moved up every 6-8 weeks)
Tape-In: 6-9 months (retaped every 6-8 weeks)
Keratin Tip: 3-6 months (new hair needed at reinstall)
Halo: Years with proper care
How long does it take?
New full install: 2-6 hours depending on method and volume
Move-up / Maintenance: 1-3 hours
Are extensions right for me?
Extensions can be great for everyone! Because we each have unique qualities about our hair and routine, an in-person extension consultation is required to determine if extensions are right for you and your lifestyle.
CAN YOU TELL ME THE PRICE WITHOUT A CONSULTATION?
Not exactly. Each set of extensions is unique in length, color, texture, amount of hair and method. All those factor into the price and it is impossible to know the right amount for you without an in-person extension consultation so we can feel the hair density. A new set of extensions is an investment in yourself, you do not want to rush it or skimp your experience by skipping this part.
Is my hair TOO FINE?
As long as there is enough hair to lay over the extensions, you can get extensions. We can add a row or two for volume without anyone knowing.
Is it damaging?
All extensions have the potential to cause damage when not properly installed or properly cared for. We take every effort to prevent this from happening for a healthy extension experience.
Can I change my hair color?
Extensions can be toned or colored darker, however big changes are not recommended and extensions cannot be lightened/bleached. If you’re planning a big change to your hair color, its best to get new extensions and start fresh.
ARE THEY UNCOMFORTABLE?
Everyone has a different tolerance for things attached to their hair, but generally the extensions are very comfortable.
Can I still wear my hair up?
Yes, you can! Extensions can be practically undetectable even in high ponytails and updos.
