WE HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT JUST FOR YOU, SO WE ASK THAT IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH 24-HOUR NOTICE. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SECURE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AFTER A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR 'NO SHOW'. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE IN OUR SYSTEM AND APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICE AT CHECKOUT. IN THE EVENT OF A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR 'NO SHOW' YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. 

KINDLY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE(S) YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOU.
