YOUR STYLIST HOLDS YOUR APPOINTMENT JUST FOR YOU, SO WE ASK THAT IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH 24-HOUR NOTICE. 

A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL APPOINTMENTS. IN THE EVENT OF A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR 'NO SHOW', YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF MISSED SERVICE.

KINDLY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE(S) YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOU.

YOU MAY RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL ONLINE UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT TO SECURE APPOINTMENTS. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE IN OUR SYSTEM AND ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE AT CHECKOUT. IN THE EVENT OF A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR 'NO SHOW' YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFIETED.

ADJUSTMENT SERVICES ARE SCHEDULED EXACTLY LIKE REGULAR APPOINTMENTS AND ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE.

FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AT LIMÓN SALON, PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. ANY PRODUCT(S) RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND ON A LIMÓN GIFT CARD.
