WE HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT JUST FOR YOU, SO WE ASK THAT IF YOU MUST RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH 24-HOUR NOTICE. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SECURE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AFTER A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR 'NO SHOW'. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE IN OUR SYSTEM AND APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICE AT CHECKOUT. IN THE EVENT OF A SAME-DAY CANCELLATION OR 'NO SHOW' YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. 

KINDLY ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, BUT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE(S) YOU ORIGINALLY BOOKED. WE WILL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO TAKE CARE OF YOU. 

 

SERVICE

WE STRIVE TO BUILD TRUST AND LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS. IN THE EVENT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICE, AND WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE YOU AN ADJUSTMENT SERVICE WITH YOUR ORIGINAL SERVICE PROVIDER. ADJUSTMENT SERVICES ARE SCHEDULED EXACTLY LIKE REGULAR APPOINTMENTS AND ARE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE. WE DON'T HAVE A SERVICE REFUND POLICY AT LIMÓN SALON. WE HANDLE SERVICE REFUNDS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS WITH THE ULTIMATE OBJECTIVE OF SATISFYING OUR CLIENTS.

FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AT LIMÓN SALON, PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. ANY PRODUCT(S) RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS OR IF WE CANNOT LOCATE YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN OUR SYSTEM, YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR REFUND ON A LIMÓN GIFT CARD.
